Pof.Banunus Nawangwe ,the vice chancellor of the main country institution in uganda Makerere university has today 9th feb 2025 displayed  his academic documents showing how he is a qualified professor .

there has been a debate on social media (X,formerly twitter) UNDER the #tag #makerereuniversityexhibition by activists and religious leaders like paster SEMPA MARTIN,debating on how prof  Nawange is not a fully qualified proffessor .the so called speculations by Nawangwe seem to have moved further which forced him to show his academics documents as shown in the photo above.

theough his X account ,prof Nawangwe explained like this" Following weeks of speculation by street preachers and foreign funded agents regarding my academic qualifications, I have found it necessary to make public my academic credentials. I hope this will put the debate that is clearly designed to intimidate me to abandon my mission of eliminating hooliganism at the top black university on earth and spurring her growth into a formidable research and professionally managed institution."
