1. Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) Uganda: A prominent financial institution offering a range of banking services.


2. Aga Khan Education Services (AKES): Operates co-educational day schools in central Kampala, providing nursery, primary, and secondary education to students from over 30 nationalities. 

3. Aga Khan University (AKU) Medical Centres: Established four medical centres in Kampala, offering consultations and referrals to specialist services. 


4. Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Uganda: Focuses on health, early childhood development, education, and economic opportunities for vulnerable youth. 

5. West Nile Rural Electrification Company (WENRECo): A public-private partnership formed in 2003 by the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED), invested in a hydropower station that now provides clean, reliable, and affordable electricity to Uganda’s Arua district 24 hours a day. 

6. Tourism Investments: The Aga Khan has made significant contributions to Uganda's tourism sector, transforming it into a dynamic and sustainable contributor to the nation’s economy. 

7. Industrial Promotion Services (IPS): An affiliate of AKFED, IPS has been involved in various industrial projects in Uganda, including manufacturing and agro-processing.

8. Serena Hotels: Part of the Tourism Promotion Services (TPS), Serena Hotels operates luxury hotels and lodges in Uganda, contributing to the country's hospitality and tourism industry.

9. Jubilee Insurance: A leading insurance provider in Uganda, offering a range of insurance products and services.

10. Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS): Provides healthcare services and has been involved in various health initiatives in Uganda.

Among these in media it own the nation media group which include NTV, MONITOR PUBLICATIONS OF DAILY MONITOR, DEMBE FM, K FM AND MANY OTHERS
